Some of the people are nice

- No real company direction - 3 owners all have different agendas and pull in different directions - Poor people management - Inaccurate company forecasting - Untrusting of staff, treat you like children - Close inner circle, if you havn't known the leaders for years you won't get in or be trusted

I worked for the 3 guys that set 345 Technology up about 20 years ago, and was super keen when I got the opportunity to work with them again. They, and everyone who works at 345 are technically brilliant and just all round good human beings... the projects are varied, independent curiosity and learning are really pushed and encouraged.... an awesome, and inclusive, ego-free team with a really fun, family feel... everyone looks after each other.
