Pros
Being a spin-off company from the University of Amsterdam, there are many people associated from the university, creating a highly intelligent workspace. The company give me a lot of freedom with regard to time management, allowing me to come and go whenever I wanted or to work at home. The office is easily accessible as there are train stations and bus stops nearby.
Cons
The downside for me was that the company is located far from my home, resulting in long commutes. This is, however, completely specific to my case.
