Pros

With young children at home, I appreciated the flexible hours. Besides the weekly team meetings, I can set my own hours. My colleagues were supportive during onboarding and afterwards. There is a lot of autonomy. No one is micromanaging your work. It's a small team, so the CEO welcomes direct feedback, collaboration and ideas.

Cons

It depends on what type of work environment you prefer. I worked remotely and that worked very well with my family and work responsibilities. For those who prefer more in-person connections with their colleagues, then it might not be a good fit.

Pros

It’s remote and the company mission is great, it’s the main reason I accepted the job despite the numerous red flags during the hiring process.

Cons

The micromanagement here is unlike anything I’ve experienced extremely frustrating with unrealistic expectations. Training is disorganized, and you’re expected to take on real assignments within the first few days. Management will tell you to take your time, but then later ask why things are taking so long. They claim to be open to new ideas and perspectives, but only if it fits in their little box. For tasks that require a set process, they’ll encourage you to be creative. Many people on the team have expressed similar concerns. The pay is not great, and given the lack of a healthy work environment, the job doesn’t offer much… Listen to the numerous negative reviews and find somewhere else that will be truly fulfilling.
