      Two weeks paid vacation at end of year. One day telecommuting. Good immediate supervisor, great co-workers.

      Cons

      Terrible pay, no pay increases, short staffed, overworked, consistently taking away perks, made to drive into the office for a job that could be done at home.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at ATSU and only left because there were not growth opportunities for me there.

      Cons

      Leadership wasn't very strong at the time. Pay is also low unless you're in a Director position.
