nothing could be counted upon to say its a good company to work for, abilities and zeal will die after working here. even the senior management fails to stand on their words when it comes to employee benefit, on the name of employee benefit the only thing is available is diwali bonus which is the part of CTC and mithai ka dabba.
Cons
No growth Non professional management. Poor work culture. Not taking care of government rules and regulations. Miss treating the employees that could be compared with slaves. No employee benefit.
