Executive management is a joke! Especially the newly hired ones-- hired about one year and a half ago. They don't know what they are talking about, and all they do is fancy up the cliche to make themselves sound legitimate for their roles. I was hoping that the new executives could weed out the incompetent, cowardly, unethical, insecure, ignorant, and ineffective middle managers, but instead, they are endorsing and promoting them. Nauturing the deeply embedded toxic culture. SAD! JToomany managers are unskilled in knowledge, experience, and humanity. It's a mystery that those unqualified middle managers get away for years at ACCO. Yet, most non-management workers know about it: new employees take less than a year to figure that out. And that's why the turnaround is quick. Too political in every way, and it is becoming worse. Feel like there is no hope.
