Cons
My supervisor treats me as if I am a plebe. He is like sgt. Mjr Payne(the movie). No ramp off period to get adjusted(small companies does that). No room for error. I heard my visor mock me with his fellow visor. My visor treats me like stupid because he wants me to follow his detailed check list. I know I act like an idiot with all the standard they give you in day one. And expects you to meet them without errors. My pm delays files I need to do my workload and assigned me other tasks and gives me everything last minute. In one incident i appended his design/drawing to reflect chages and critize me on the part I did not touch. Location. Be prepared to climb 3 floors to be in the office. Free Parking is 4hrs only and you got to move your car during lunch break. Better to ride caltrain. 1 restroom only. Expect a line. I usually go to public restroom in caltrain so that those people that are on wait dont know me. As some review said computers are slow and emails dont go through(oh, small company), well better than my previous company where our computer were bought from recycling. I can rant a lot of bad things about this company simply because I got bullied in my work place and totally hate it.
