This company doesn’t care enough about employees or clients. Very high turnover rate and a turn-and-burn approach with clients that sign-on. Crazy amounts of channel conflict in areas that shouldn’t have it. Extreme micromanagement. Distracting email blasts are an all-time high. Fake numbers from everyone all day. Bad training. Unrealistic goals. VP has a golden tongue that’s full of deceit to only better their own position. The pay here is terrible compared to what’s promised to you. Sales here are only made with luck, or are given to you from the inner politics.
