      Pros

      Until recently, AGCO was a good company that felt more like family than other places I have worked at. Good values and good people. If you work in the manufacturing side of the business, it is a great place.

      Cons

      Pay was a little on the lower side with my experience, but then they outsourced all of IT to India using Infosys.

      - Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

      Cons

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
