Pros
Colleagues... they are what makes the place... most of them genuine and become your true friends!! They are also usually quite willing to adapt contracts to suit your lifestyle!
Cons
Management... well... they need to stop having cliques with certain colleagues and driving their staff either off their own departments or away from the stores completely... Enough said!!!!
