Pros
Good location, Ease of work, Less responsibility, Friendly environment, Flexible timings. all these things are really good. It is good who wants to settle down and have a easy and less stressful work.
Cons
From my point of view there is no leadership for technical part. All you have to learn yourself, things gets even harder when you are pushed to do non technical stuff. Please rethink before joining.
