Bunch of bullies and irresponsible management

None at all. Thought maybe the long hours would help me make some money but I found myself sleeping in the truck 70-80% of my shift. My average day I would make $100 after the fuel consumption and taxes put aside. Working with Abrams was the night mare of my life when I came to them with positive and good intentions.
Cons
Long list. There hasn't been a month that has passed since I worked with this company and they where on time with paying their drivers. There's always a story from each department that doesn't coincide with the other department if you catch them off guard. There is definitely seniority favouratism when it comes to who gets what call. And if you ever feel disrespected by one of the Dispatch guys, and want to retaliate, you will starve. I was stupid enough to buy into the managers lies that I would be making close to $2K-$5K or even $10K per month. My pay was no more than $700 on average for every 2 weeks. And that has forced me to short them money from the customers just so I can keep eating and drinking to live. And keep in Kind that your first check won't be out until you are drowned with their cash advances and debt for the first 6 weeks after which you must start paying them back. There's a reason why this company has a sign outside their establishment that reads "Now Hiring". Reason is obvious. They abuse their drivers and expect to reel in more victims. And here's the worse part. If you decide to quit, you might as well say good bye to most of the moneys you are owed. They will hold your pay for another 4 weeks if not more and skip your pay cycle. There's no profit in towing these days and this company is giving the industry a very bad name.

Pros
Literally can’t think of a single good thing.
Cons
Literally a CEO who hires a bunch of his pals trying to operate a business using outdated business models. HR is a mess and a half, super shady business going on within those doors. They’re just lucky they have contracts from the 1900s with the cities they operate in keeping them afloat. Bad news, stay away!
