    retreats like a kid - makes call to family members even for 2 mins late. expects to work even on sundays and overtime no proper leave policies delays in salary for upto 2 months no appreciation expects to stay even after work hour for non- important meetings very less number of employees (2-3 maybe) rest all are interns in the company forces to come in-office even in pandemic lockdown gives only 30 mins of lunch time with no any other break times - also they fix your lunch time, you cannot have lunch in your time with your will and they decide with whom should your slot be selected for lunch time. lot of restrictions on personal gadget lot of restrictions on talking to team members they do not provide emergency leaves too

    Dear Former Team Member - We are happy to know that you liked your colleagues and also the office location. You have indicated your position as a Former Intern. We will respond to your review and we hope it will be an eye opener for you because clearly you are ill informed on a lot of aspects. The issues raised by you are not real issues but simply a lack of understanding on your part. It hence appears that you probably didn't complete your internship with us. You either left on your own or we asked you to leave. Had you completed your internship gracefully like many others you wouldn't really have raised the matters below: 1) We are a Turn Around Time business. Our business operates around delivering results to the clients on time and delivering results on time requires team members to come to the office on time. Attendance and Punctuality at work are hence non-negotiable aspects of working with us. We however, exercise enough flexibility on this aspect too as we do understand that our colleagues often do come from great distances. The company doesn't call family members if you are running late. Calling your family doesn't get you to the office on time or get you to the office sooner. If someone is not able to come to the office on a certain day then calling their families won't get them to the office. We only reach out to your family under some very exceptional & rare circumstances. If you are a No Call - No Show on a certain day then we do reach out to a colleague's family to check if everything is fine. May be a colleague left home and had an emergency on the way so it is important to reach out to your family to let them know that you haven't reached the office yet. We do this for your safety as a lot of things can happen between the time a colleague leaves home and arrives to the office. If you start conducting yourself as a professional at the workplace you'd stop feeling that you're being treated like a kid. 2) Our office is closed on Sundays. No intern is required to work on a Sunday unless your have yourself volunteered to work for your own learning & development. 3) Interns are not entitled to Leaves. Please read the Leave clause on the last page of your offer letter. Interns are given leaves for writing their exams or in case of family / medical emergency only. No other leaves are allowed. 4) Interns are entitled to a stipend. Please read the last page of your offer letter. Stipends are paid well around the date mentioned in the offer letter. No stipends have been held for 2 months. Your comment on this matter is incorrect. 5) All interns who complete their internships get a certificate of completion and a letter of appreciation. Quite a few interns scout for permanent roles with us and we have also absorbed some very talented interns into full time positions. Please visit our website and click on the Careers page or the Team page to see profiles of some of colleagues who have done a great job and have risen through the ranks. 6) When you work in a company and have a task on hand we all have to be flexible and if that flexibility requires you to stay back for another 10 - 15 minutes post your shift then that flexibility is needed to run a business. We don't hold colleagues post shift every other day. If you were asked to complete a task post shift before departing then it probably was a one off request and we expect you to be flexible. 7) How does the ratio of interns to full time employees have anything to do with the job that you were hired for. It doesn't impact the job at hand and we expect that you deliver the job your were asked to deliver. 8) Our Office is closed during pandemic and lockdown. You are ill informed on this matter. 9) Lunch is rostered and it is rostered for your safety and to prevent any social gathering in our cafe. Lunch is 30 minutes. We follow the standard business protocol on such matters. If you needed lunch for more than 30 minutes & extra breaks you should have picked an internship elsewhere. 10) Personal electronic gadgets and phones are not allowed at the workstation. The nature of our business requires us to sign strict NDA's with clients and as a part of the agreement we do not allow our colleagues to carry cellphones and other personal electronic devices to their workstation. Almost every other company that deals with confidential client/candidate information exercises such restrictions. 11) You certainly can talk to other team members and discuss work / business. There is some flexibility that we exercise on personal conversations. If we feel that there is excessive personal discussion then your supervisor will step in and do some course correction. 12) Emergency Leaves - Please read your offer letter and point 3 (above).
