      Pay and Benefits. District and Regional Manager are very supportive and down to earth.

      Cons

      Always working if your a manager , Job security and promotion after becoming a manager is very limited. Training is horrible your basically thrown to the wolves .

      Good pay and semi annual raises 2 days off with full time work (sales manager=48-52 hours weekly) Teaches you so many skills that you can carry to other jobs (marketing, collections, lease agreements, sales, financing, typing skills, customer service, organization through files and paperwork) Full benefits available including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, STD/LTD

      Work weekends and all holidays They removed monthly bonuses from pay Company moved to a model of work using technology and laid off all store employees They removed the sales incentive/top performers incentive for yearly trip for sales manangers
