I’ve worked for this company for over a decade and have been in many roles. Each role is unique and keeps my attention. Goals are always attainable and my personal income has grown as the company’s revenues have increased. The culture is supportive and the work is always fun. (Ok… sometimes it’s just work, but I like the people I work with!)
Cons
Growing pains exist in some spots. I’m in sales and the people above me support me well and the people who deliver what I promise to my clients are rock-stars, so I don’t have any specific cons.

Colleagues are supportive, and there's a sense of camaraderie that makes the workplace fun, challenging, and motivating. 4. Recognition and Appreciation: Unsurpassed! The pace is fast, and we are constantly changing. For some, this may not be the right environment.

Pros
The growth history and future of this company is very bright. I couldn't ask for a better leadership team steering the ship. Company incentives, such as the annual President's Club trip, are always a blast. This year we went to Dominican Republic and enjoyed a week in paradise. President's Club is tough to earn, but absolutely worth the hustle. One of the best parts is you get to take a +1 with you on the trip! Lastly, the compensation and benefits are competitive and due to our growth, promotion opportunities exist for exceptional employees. The culture is top-notch: inclusive and employee-focused. Couldn't ask for more on that front.
Cons
Growth can sometimes be challenging, and it takes the right long-term mindset to ride out rough patches along the way. No company is perfect, and neither is Access, but they consistently do more things right than wrong.
