1. Join if you dont want any work life balance Only hard workers who slog 12-14hrs are welcomedand appreciated here 2. No benefits and even salary is very low compared to market. Min Benefits like wfh setup, broadband reimbursement could have been given to employees in this wfh norm. Salary is of same standard of service based company like infy, capgemini. 3. You will have to fight for taking vacations. 4. Founders are least bothered on employee satisfaction 5. Leadership is near term sighted no vision and care for employees. 6. At this stage where many companies give esops, here there is no provision of esops even pay is so low that founders are just focusing on making. money. 7. Office is in very bad location and pathetic. No facility at office. Its like sitting inside a closure of 4 walls and sloging for work. Even swiggy-zomato wont deliver here. 8. Medical insurance is just for namesake provided to employees
