Pros

As a contractor, I felt I was part of the team rather than just a grunt. Everybody was nice and supportive, and they allowed me to be very flexible about the amount of work I took and when. They assigned a wide variety of work as well.

Cons

Like another reviewer here, I was rarely paid on time. When I asked for estimates about when I would be paid, I was told that clients weren't paying for jobs on time and the company wasn't getting enough work but that things would get better. They didn't. The final email I received from the company (which actually never directly stated I was being let go) said I could maybe expect to be paid within the week. I still haven't heard from them and, after reading the other review here, I'm worried I won't be paid for my final invoice at all. I also found communication with the owner to be confusing at times. I would ask direct questions and get indirect answers or answers suggesting she had not really read my email. I would then have to clarify what I had asked and what she had said in response. It often felt kind of chaotic.

Pros

Great people to work with, wide variety of work, supportive environment

Cons

Financial mismanagement at the owner level caused many of us to leave as we weren't being paid in a timely fashion (owner stated she had not been collecting payment from clients and many were in arrears). Final payment for services is still outstanding at this time, to the tune of $350.00
