This is the worse place for anyone to work by far. The work area was small and dirty. The technician was soldering in a work area without any windows or and fume filter. Everyone in the office was breathing solder fumes and chemicals throughout the day. It is required to work 10 hours a day or 50 hrs a week, don’t even mention about holidays! On top of that, the boss will try to squeeze every little bit of free time you have and want you to work overtime on time of the 50 hrs a week. A coworker often coming at midnight to make up the times. Most of the time you will be working 11-14 hours a day with only 30 minutes for lunch and two breaks as required by the law. If you go over on your breaks or don’t listen to her to work overtime she will threaten you to let you go. Socializing with coworkers are restricted and cameras are used monitor you behavior. The boss only cares how to make you her working slave and how to drag on her clients to get more money for the projects.
