Pros
I love my job at Alex, coworkers and better commute since moving to the new Fairfield office. My job has allowed me to use the skills I have and learn new ones as well. It continues to challenge me and, while it's not perfect, is a great place to work.
Cons
The growth of company is too fast, not allowing for stability or time to hire enough employees to cover the workloadm causing some employees to become exhausted, stressed and frustrated. CS manager has been allowed to create a toxic work environment. She treats employees badly to the point of being abusive and has made a few cry. The few who do the most complaining do the least amount of work, spending hours a day online. Lack of communication everywhere.
