      fixed office hours, home pickup and drop service, low work pressure, no bossing, very cooperative team members, proper training provided.

      Cons

      night shifts, delay in cabs, low salary and other benefits. no bonus. no night shift allowance

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
