      Pros

      Very smart & mostly friendly people motivated to do practical work that is actually useful for our clients. Very hard working group that has a desire to grow and become industry leaders. Very good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Less centralized than some of the larger firms, making internal transfers to different practices or geographies more difficult. Currently less well known or prestigious than MBB

      - Experience in solving high stakes business problems that's top of mind for C-suite Executives - Constant exposure to interacting with CXOs - Excellent compensation and benefits - Meaningful ownership and leadership opportunities at junior levels - High caliber peers and coworkers - Supportive leadership team

      Cons

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Cons

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
