The culture is so insanely amazing. I came into my first day with 30 emails welcoming me to the office. Everyone showed me so much kindness. Training was seamless. My underwriters are nothing short of amazing and offer constructive criticism to help me improve every day. The company encourages continuing education so I can pursue designations. Constant wellness seminars. Great health insurance & HSA program. Coworkers/managers that care about you & your family’s well being Incredibly competitive pay & benefits So much room for growth & advancement I’ve never loved a job or company more. I would recommend this company time and time again and will likely stay here until retirement.
