-literally zero training… expected me to shadow coworkers for 5 months -they hired me knowing I wouldn’t have any clients for several months, so there was zero work for me to do while I was there. Asked management for some direction or extra work to do but they kept telling me to shadow. To me this just shows I was nothing but a number to fill their contract and no management -basically no room for growth -they’ll make you clean the office once a week -disregard for employees safety. A client was repeatedly threatening my Coworker but the company never did anything about it **to anyone looking to work here, do NOT waste your time. Came here fresh out of college and the experience left me completely jaded and hopeless. Originally wanted to make a difference in the world but after working at Alpha, I’ve transitioned out of social work and SO much happier! After getting a job for a company that actually cares about its employees, I am just now realizing how awful Alpha was ran.
