A lot of autonomy, no limit on what you can go after. Good commission structure and strong operational support for a small business.

Obsession with daily call time was odd and their reasoning lacked conviction. No proper training in place, in fact very little training even though this was promised at interview. Very little to zero cross selling, the teams all worked in isolation which was counterproductive. It’s a good place to work if you want to work independently and just use it for its infrastructure.
