      Great office culture, great benefits and amazing people to work with. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Upper management should place more value in the employees and provide more appropriate increases. Management is very slow in negotiations and almost drags it so workers lose hope.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at AFSC. I was an intern in the Newark office. The staff was amazing. There was some leadership issues about fair pay. It didn’t involve me or the office dynamics. would work there again.
