Pros

- They do Train you (But it doesn't Pay) - I liked my coworkers

Cons

- 10 % of a sale for dialers . They do not get paid if it was not a sale or if the person was uninsurable - Management will not get you leads in your state - Push months . They expect 12 hour work days. With little pay . - The bait and switch tactics used on the "leads" are Immoral - The leads are cold . They want a free will kit or an AD&D not insurance . - Management depends solely on broke dialers & agents to transfer sales to them . - The presentation is 1 hour long

Pros

Great pay, good consistent training, great management (I personally had a great management team, I know this can vary)

Cons

Fully Remote (this is a con for me as it took a toll on my health over the years), It is commission based which can be tough for some people. There was a noticeable amount of past clients cancelling due to an agent adding more insurance that was too expensive and often didn't properly explain that they were adding more.
