Pros

I would say the pay but everyone is aware that the, kept behind closed doors, benchmarking is performed to keep pay increases at the minimum. Pay is good on the way in. Not when you meet targets and excel.

Cons

Forced heavy workloads on strained teams. The mentality appears to be if they can get it done, We don't need more people. We off mental health support. Keep quiet, please. In fact, let's lose some more people, offload more and more work to India while our dedicated and knowledgeable employees in other locations grow more and more worried about their job security. Don't worry about your job security and the hundreds of new roles in India. No no, you're not training your replacement but do make sure you train them on what you're working on silly. Severe lack of clarity regarding roles, titles, how to move up etc. When you ask questions, there is a lot of backtracking and oh, we didn't mean that, we didn't mean you etc.
