Cons
They don’t answer emails or answer with one month delays. Cancelled shifts when you actually worked and didn’t pay in time. Very poor communication, and sometimes even rudeness from the payroll team—you feel like you have to beg for the money you actually earned. I do not recommend this company. You won’t receive the money you expect for your hard work—even during Christmas, even when working outside in the cold and snow. There is also an extreme tax deduction and you still have to wait for tax refund even if you submitted a P45 from your previous job.
