Pros
The work is actually fun. I enjoy doing it every day. The benefits are great. Especially Paternity/Maternity leave, vacation and sick time. About 1 in 5 positions are filled internally which is good but could be better.
Cons
They did 2 rounds of layoffs last year. With the global economy and the cyclical nature of real estate, layoffs are always on the back of your mind. It is also very politically progressive, but that has never directly affected me.
