Pros
-Great pay for an entry level position
-Lots of time to study.
-Lots of Over Time available
*I personally think this is a great job. It can be boring and time consuming and there are some very long days on occasion (12-16 hours) but there is also a strong core group of people here that work together and help each other so that we don't all get burned out.
I am glad to be working here and hope that we continue to grow.
Cons
-Lots of Overtime
-High Turn Over Rate (They don't do the best at vetting new ppl so there's a lot of turnover)
-Uniform Suit is uncomfortable (I bought my own black suit that looked similar. no one has complained.)
*As far as Cons go, it's not much different from any job. There's going to be people on site that you don't like sometimes. That's just life. You can choose to be a part of the drama, or choose to be a worker. I've found personally, that if I treat my co workers and my expectations of management fairly, I get it in return. Like someone below said: "You get what you put in." But the opportunity is there.
Ps: In this business, "showing up on time"=be 15 minutes early. The sooner you accept that, the easier this job gets.
