Absolutely fantastic firm to work for. A lot of training and support, clear management structure, personal development plans tailored to each individual, incredible team who are empathetic and understanding. Great benefits, and mental health awareness is top-notch. I could go on!
Cons
I really don't have much to say here...some of the benefits aren't as good as others I have seen? But I made a suggestion on this and they are now being reviewed.
