Cons
High turnover of employees in this position - whilst I was there for only a year, over 10 people were fired or left, with only 1 lasting longer than I did and progressing their career there (this person had taken a backwards step to get into the role to begin with). Low psychological safety - not sure if this concept would be on their radar now. Travelling to Bracknell on Monday, often waking up at 4:30 in central london to arrive for 7:00 was ridiculous - I wonder what’s changed since the welcomed transition to remote working. Couldn’t serve verticals like healthcare and life sciences well with their solutions. No focus on D&I when it came to race, LGBTIQ+ or class.
