Leadership is amazing and transparent from the top down at Cisco During COVID Chuck Robbins was one of the most empathetic and strategic leaders I've ever seen. Great training if you're new to sales, learn to use MEDDPIC, Mandel, etc. Diversity and inclusion groups of all types exist and are baked into both the AppDynamics and Cisco cultures
Cons
I have only great things to say, this is a great place for a sales career. The only reason I left, was to try the startup equity lifestyle. I'll probably find myself back at Cisco one day.
