Good place to work. Workload is a lot so growth curve is steep. The colleagues are helpful. Mildly flexible culture (depending on who you deal with at the org)

1. No work appreciation. 2. Rules are different for different employees. Leaves are readily approved for some, while some struggle even after having genuine reasons. 3. Blind faith on what managers say. No verification with the lower order. 4. Some managers treat the junior level like slaves with no regards for their personal time. 5. Managers make mistakes, but ownership is a concept only for the lower order.
