Pros
The people that I work with are great. The office is great, and hybrid schedule is great.
Cons
I don't feel that upper management has the best interest of their employees in mind when making decisions, and sometimes make decisions that reflect negatively on how employees feel. For example, there was a massive layoff in 2025, and many employees were offered a retention bonus to stay for month's past when they were informed they were being laid off. This was to incentivize the employees to remain in their current role for the time up until their layoff date, however they took that back, and decided to keep employees and rescind the retention bonus without offering the employee a say in the matter. This makes some employees feel like a pawn or like they don't have much power or say in their role or decisions when it comes to their career.
