Car Allowance, Friendly Environment, Able to Learn From Seniors providing they willing to guide.
Cons
No AWS, Average Basic Salary Time Consuming type of job especially during shutdown period long working 12hours shift day/night from Mon - Sun last about 30days. Very messy no proper training but up to individual capabilities. For those who are experience enough no issue.
