This company has been going downhill for a while now after the merger, but the pace has accelerated rapidly since the new CEO took over. Mandatory return to office has been has been implemented, all in the name of "company culture"...which is joke since morale is at the lowest I have seen in years. We have not had any cost of living increases/promotions in over a year, despite management's consistent promises. Overall higher-ups are very out of touch and will do literally anything to increase revenue. Politics are starting to take over, and people-pleasers will get better treatment over those who actually want to just do their job and do it well.
