Pros
I've been working at Atgeir for 2+ years now, and I have to say that it's been a fantastic experience. The company culture is welcoming and supportive, and the team is made up of some of the smartest and most talented people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. One of the things I appreciate most about this company is its commitment to employee development. There are always opportunities to learn and grow, whether it's through internal training programs or external conferences and workshops. And when it comes to work-life balance, I've never felt like I had to sacrifice one for the other. The company is flexible and understanding when it comes to personal needs and family obligations. Another thing that sets Atgeir apart is its emphasis on innovation. We're always exploring new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what's possible, which keeps things exciting and keeps us ahead of the curve in our industry. Overall, I would highly recommend Atgeir to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding work environment. The people here are passionate, talented, and dedicated to their work, and I feel lucky to be a part of such a great team.
Cons
One potential disadvantage of Atgeir not having office space is that it may be more difficult for employees to collaborate in person, build a sense of community, and develop strong working relationships. However, there are also many potential benefits to not having a physical office, such as increased flexibility for employees. Remote work also allows for a larger pool of potential employees, as individuals from all over the world can work for the company without being restricted by location.
