Pros
The Creative Directors were very easy going, demanded excellence in visual direction. They had production toys galore! Large green screen, lights, c-stands, & a few unique toys like used car assembly robots. They have good working relationships with local agencies; Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, AKQA, ATTIK, Pereira & O'Dell to name a few. The creative direction was very high end, in look, style, concept, & execution. Both a production & post creative studio so. Very easy going, nice staff to work with & a ping pong table. The projects I assisted with were very fulfilling and merited well earned hard work. Apart for client projects they also stressed IP collaborations & proposal work.
Cons
Since it's a start up & staff was small, and they took on numerous projects at once=LONG hours, & very tight deadlines. They still have to figure out their payroll system, it took me several times nagging the office manager/producer about my invoice/paycheck. Sometimes it felt like they lost track of their staff's life outside of work. I still have to give them credit since they only opened a year before.
