      Flexible work arrangements, great work culture and dynamic. Management team are approachable and are transparent in communication.

      Cons

      No opportunity for progression within the company and pay increment is almost very rare. Company underwent multiple restructuring and staff layoffs, yet no increments for existing staffs who had to pick up new job responsibilities.

      - Hands-on experience with different technologies, including 3D printing and thermal testing - Able to have real project ownership as an intern - Exposure to industry-standard software - Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impacted product quality and reliability - Positive work environment and friendly team members - Very welcoming

      Cons

      - I'm young and there were few younger people - I didn't have a SOLIDWORKS license to work on 3D printing projects
