-Lovely team of people working there trying their best to make things work. -Easier to get into the job and gain some experience.

-Tough work, be prepared to do the extras and maybe beyond. -Upper management doesn't really care how hard your work is, meeting their KPI requirements is all that matters.

Flexible hours, no DHB rostering. Department level is fine, and department heads generally try to look after their staff.

Everything else. Upper management are completely out of touch, pay is absolutely atrocious, there's no merit based advancement so no incentive to stand out. CEO has never taken the time to actively speak with the employees.
