      Pros

      I have worked with BOOST LLC as both a consultant and as a full-time employee and have really enjoyed this company in both capacities. The company management team is tremendous and caring. As a primarily telework environment, and clients across the country, working hours can be very flexible providing ample opportunities.

      Cons

      Missing vision plan on benefits.

      Pros

      Boost presented a wide variety of work.

      Cons

      Poor leadership with very little respect for staff. Boost does not embody their own core values. Also very long work hours and you are punished for saying no to routinely working weekends or taking time off for family.
