Pros
Small, almost family atmosphere.
Reasonable pay, benefits upon hire.
Maintenance supervisor was a great guy to work with and work for.
Tools provided, and they would get you nearly anything within reason you requested.
I thought it was a great place to work and the commute was good, but I had family issues that added long drives after work. Otherwise I would probably still be there.
Cons
Dusty (not terrible) atmosphere.
Foam blocks were very big and heavy.
I felt I was put on shift (2nd) by myself far too quickly. In fairness, I did have phone support, and the job was not laborious.
Not much space for upward mobility.
