      Cons

      There is a wide gap between management and the rank and file. There is fast turnover of employees. The mistrust is pervasive.

      Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

      Cons

      Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
