Siloed Worked Environment, Little Communication Between Teams - Sr. UX Researcher Bayer Employee Review

Very siloed environment. Team was scattered across the country. What took us a week to do could likely have been done in a single day in the office. PMs often did not listen to us or other stakeholders. Management did not update us on the status and impact of research when it was handed off. HR in my last year was terrible.
