      Pros

      Be your own boss, set your own hours, no pressure to do something you don't want or have time to do.

      Cons

      Lots of changes in the administrative structure that also incorporates new systems. While I get that they want to offer their agents new, cutting-edge technology, some of us don't have the time or energy to follow along. This is a side hustle for me, I work another job, so I keep it simple and successful! I don't have time for 20 emails in a day. It stresses me out!
