Culture was great. People are nice.

Very great startup. Not much to complain.

You don't want to work hard. You strive to be part of a team which means you are good at taking orders and can't think on your own, this is the place for you.

You want to make money. You want to feel empowered and you came to a start up to make an impact. This company was founded by a group that failed at another start up and are trying to make another go of it. The Ceo touts herself as a former p&g marketer yet she was only an intern there. The product doesn't solve a business problem and they are so desperate for new logos that any price point including free is a consideration. No viable market.
