Some manager are micro managers (mostly mine) Could allow 1 extra day WFH if office based Won't provide training and ignore requests

Nice colleagues, good product and that’s about it

Possibly the most toxic atmosphere I have ever experienced in any job, 100% caused by certain management and directors in the office essentially treating the staff like dirt. Broken promises from management on progression into new job roles and constant being spoken about behind your back and treated like you don’t matter and are easily replaceable.
