Pros

So many advantages that it's going to be hard to summarize. First things first, you will never be micro-managed and will feel as an entrepreneur in a big scale-up. You'll own your projects, learn a ton of stuff (even outside of your scope), grow very very rapidly if you are motivated and listen to the feedback given. Out of all my job experiences, this is the first one where I really don't feel like I'm going to work every day - on the opposite: I feel as if I'm going to work on amazing projects with a team of some of the most talented and nice people I've ever met. Plus, Bending Spoons is extremely ambitious - you'll always learn to over-achieve and push yourselves, which is great if you are competitive and hard-working. At the same time, no one will ever directly put pressure on you: most of the team leads are very empathetic, patient, and love to help you grow. So many benefits as well: retreats all over the world (Namibia, Mexico, Japan, Iceland...), remote working, a great People Operations team doing everything they can to enhance our experience, learning investments, language classes, mental health care support, flexible hours, unlimited time-off...

Cons

It's a very demanding company, so if you're not hard-working (by this, I don't mean working late, I mean working efficiently and being very invested) and you're not passionate about what you do, you may feel uncomfortable in this environment. I strongly recommend this company for those who are very invested in their work life.
