      Work Space. The business is growing, so plans to move to a larger building is in the works.

      Pros

      Switched industries this year and was given an opportunity to grow my career. The people here are amazing and the company is profitable. This is an unusual combination and makes Bioderm a great place to work.

      More flexibility with administration staff in regard to hybrid work models.
